Dr. Raymond D. FullerDr. Raymond Fuller is a board-certified general surgeon, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of The American Society of Breast Surgeons, and Clinical Assistant Professor of General Surgery for the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He is a native of Delaware, Ohio and has practiced in the community since 1995. Dr. Fuller offers the expertise expected of a large health system, in a comfortable, personal, small town environment.
